Primarily, we use Pay Pal as our payment gateway with its’ excellent reputation for handling safe and secure transactions. We will also provide our bank details for BACS payments. Please contact us for assistance on sending a BACS payment
No VAT is charged on our items
All items will be sent within 7-10 working days on receipt of order confirmation. We will post abroad on request via email, and an individual invoice will be sent including postage. For further information please contact Funky Beach Art.
Claims for damage must be made within 3-days of receipt of goods. Damaged products and packaging must be retained in case of inspection by our carriers. Claims of non-delivery must be made within 28-days of dispatch.
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, please contact Funky Beach Art immediately. Items must be in original packaging, packaging materials, an RA number and proof of payment such as a confirmation email is to be enclosed. We strongly recommend that when returning your package, you use either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery via Royal Mail, as it will provide you with a tracking number and a Proof of Postage. Funky Beach Art will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The customer pays for all shipping back to Funky Beach Art. We are unable to refund your postal fees. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced or refunded. If your order has to be re-made, please allow 7-10 working days for dispatch.
